🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return shipping fee is approximately AED 18.

After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

✅ Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are issued through a mutually agreed payment method.
